CMT can also provide hand-held digital dictation services. Clients dictate on a hand-held, pocket device that holds the dictation in  a built-in chip. Files are recorded automatically and can be edited by deleting, overwriting or inserting at any point.

Chip dictation is then transmitted either via the Internet to  our web site.  The transcriptionist  then downloads the voice file to her computer. She then transcribes the voice file to a medical report.  When finished, transcribed dictation is placed in the customers in-box on our web site. Computer technology has made it possible for businesses of all sizes to enjoy the convenience of web based transcription services. The technology we use (manufactured by Olympus Inc.) is incredibly user friendly.

CMT provides Medical Transcription services to Hospitals, Group Practices, Physicians,  and Healthcare Institutions.
